Preparation of metal oxide-graphene composite films

Abstract

Methods of making metal oxide-graphene composites are disclosed. The methods can include, for example, providing a composition including graphene oxide and at least one substrate, the composition being dispersed in a liquid medium. The methods can also include, for example, providing a composition including graphene oxide and at least one substrate, heating the composition, and cooling the composition. Compositions useful for performing the methods and composites obtained by the process are also disclosed.
La présente invention concerne des procédés de fabrication de composites à base d'oxyde métallique et de graphène. Les procédés peuvent consister, par exemple, à fournir une composition comprenant de l'oxyde de graphène et au moins un substrat, la composition étant dispersée dans un milieu liquide. Les procédés peuvent également consister, par exemple, à fournir une composition comprenant de l'oxyde de graphène et au moins un substrat, chauffer la composition et refroidir la composition. L'invention concerne également des compositions utiles pour effectuer les procédés et les composites obtenus par lesdits procédés.
